At Mankeshwari Agro Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality agricultural products and gardening supplies safely and on time. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure smooth delivery across India. Most orders are dispatched from our Pune warehouse, while certain items may be shipped directly from our supply partners.

If your package arrives damaged, broken, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Kindly inform us immediately at mankeshwari@gmail.com, and we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund at the earliest.

Delivery Time

Order Processing: 2–5 working days from the date of order placement.

Shipping Time:

Pune & nearby metro cities: 1–3 working days
Other major locations: 3–7 working days
Remote/rural areas: up to 10 working days

Heavy shipments (above 5 kg): May be sent via surface transport, taking up to 15 days for delivery.

Note: Delays caused by courier companies, natural disruptions, or customer unavailability are beyond our control.

Return Policy

Our Easy Return Policy applies to products that are:

Damaged, defective, or broken
Incorrect or not as described on the website

To initiate a return:

Take clear photos of the damaged/defective product or tampered packaging.
Send a Return Request to mankeshwari@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after 2 days may not be accepted.
Our team will review your request and confirm approval via email or phone.

Returning an item:

If your location supports reverse pickup, we will schedule a courier pickup.
If reverse pickup is not available, you may self-ship the item to our warehouse.
Once received, you will receive an eCredit of ₹200 for shipping expenses.
After the product is received and inspected, the product value will be credited within 24 hours as an eCredit valid for 6 months.

Packaging Guidelines:

To ensure a smooth return process, please:

Return the item in original, unused condition
Include all labels, price tags, packaging, and the invoice
Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit
Mention your Return ID on the package and keep the courier tracking ID for reference

Warranty/Guarantee Claims

As we act only as distributors, manufacturing warranty or guarantee claims must be handled directly with the product manufacturer. We do not process warranty claims on their behalf.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following guidelines:

Eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days after verification.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, or as store credit for cash payments.
Cash refunds are not available.
For returns initiated without accepting the delivery, shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the product is genuinely defective.
Refund requests that do not meet our quality or return criteria may be declined.
